SEC provides specialized expertise in oil spill risk/impact assessment, environmental sensitivity model development, fisheries science, marine resources, protected species issues, and environmental permitting.

SEC was founded in 2014 by Danielle Ameen Reich, a Certified Fisheries Professional and experienced environmental consultant.
